Bad service

I have an IPhone 6 and I can't afford a newer one at the moment. I had a difficult time understanding why ADP doesn't fix their app bugs anymore. They should update the up for bugs as usually but my iPhone acts like it'southward hacked when I endeavor to log into my adp app. It blanks the screen and throws me out of adp, and often times information technology'south just citing me correct when I'1000 almost to clock in or out from luncheon. Information technology is a horrible app, I'thousand sort but it has mast up my daily clock ins and outs to the signal of where my employer keeps reminding me to properly get to work on time or clock out ...
If I could utilize a alternating option for my job I would immediately do information technology.

Support is very unresponsive

Ive been using ADP for about a yr now. In that location's been an issue twice where I tin can't run across my paystub for months. I've tried using the online support through the website and the conversation bot doesn't respond. I called the hotline and had my time wasted multiple times. I never was able to speak to a representative and they just said speak to my employer. When I spoke to my employer she took it up with ADP and they sent her a link to ready a profile when I already had ane started. I feel stuck between a rock and a hard place and ADP would rather not elevator a finger to effort to help those who rely on their service for their own proof of income when there's an result with their systems.

Update: The e-mail that you gave me to address my issue did the same matter that your hotline and online support for your website did. Aught but say "your Hr/payroll has to contact ADP in order to gear up the result. (Which they have. TERRIBLE APP

I honestly detest this app would give 0 stars if I could. It takes well-nigh 10 mins just to load the app to clock in and that'due south if your lucky. That's merely ane of my complaints… the time card option is almost never accurate pregnant information technology's telling me the electric current pay period is february 5th through 19th when information technology should be March 5th through March 19th so I can't meet whatsoever of my current hours which is really frustrating seeing as this is how I get paid so I experience as though y'all are playing with my coin at this point. I've as well had multiple problems just trying to log in I've had to reset my countersign 7-8 times inside the past five months just to log in. This app needs serious updates and issues fixes considering this isn't any ordinary social media/ for fun type app this is literally how people clock in FOR WORK! I'd too similar to add that I've tried reaching out multiple times via e-mail and have been straight upwardly ignored. When your app is designed for people to clock into work the terminal matter you should be doing is ignoring people. This is how nosotros who utilise the app get paid for the long difficult hours we work then you lot guys ignoring us and failing to prepare these unproblematic bugs and glitches is down right wrong and honestly but lazy.
